Workouts to jump higher : Exercises and Techniques

  • Flexible body is also necessary to jump higher. It is an important thing as it increases the comfort level of the player while jumping. To make your body flexible you can do stretching and deep knee bends on a regular basis.
  • Squats and dead lifts are also a very good exercise options for anybody interesting in learning to jump higher vertical. Normally people avoid and don’t care about the inner abs of the body, but these are also very important to improve the jumping ability of a person. Therefore, you should also do some exercises to maintain the inner abs of your body.
