There are specific high jump drills that an athlete can perform to enhance their level of training and raise their level of jumping height easily.

Straight Start Drill: Run a straight line with no progression and stop. Repeat this drill over and over as you increase your level of straight start. The start up drill strongly enhances your approach strength and aptitude.

Straights with Circles: Combine the three point line and circle run exercises together to create this drill. You can add movement and pop as you become proficient. These approach exercises will give you added boost to your approach skills and enhance your performance level.
