Upper The Asics Gel-Netburner Ballistic Women’s Netball Shoes hug your foot whilst providing a durable and comfortable fit. A breathable, lightweight upper constructed from PU and synthetic materials provides a snug fit. A personalised heel fit (P.H.F.) consisting of 2 layers of memory foam line the collar for added comfort. Asics also add the option of a removable sockliner which can be removed to accommodate a medical orthotic if needed, meaning this shoe can cater for and enhance the performance of young runners regardless of age, style and ability. Stability and comfort is provided with the California Slip Lasting design, where the upper is stitched around the EVA board and directly attached to the midsole. Midsole Solyte® material is used in the Midsole to make the shoes even more lightweight than previous models, while still remaining cushioned and durable. The Gel-Netburner Ballistic features Rear-foot and Fore-foot GEL® Cushioning Systems to help attenuate shock during the impact and toe-off phases. This technology also allows the foot to move in multiple planes through the gait cycle for a more efficient movement, whilst the Asics Propulsion Trusstic System mirrors the functions of the ligaments in the foot, for shock absorption through heel strike and mid-stance, into a powerful, rigid lever needed for forward propulsion. In addition, FluidRide technology provides the ultimate combination of bounce back and cushioning properties with reduced weight and exceptional durability. Outsole The outsole of the shoe features NC Rubber compound containing more natural rubber content than traditional solid rubber, resulting in enhanced traction on court systems.
